I was in Northern Spain a while back – Catalunya. Spent some time visiting places associated with Salvador Dali. Whatever you might think about his art, he certainly had a vivid imagination. Here are a few photos I took :
The first two are from his house in Portligat. He had a bit of an obsession with various recurring symbols including eggs
And this friendly bear was used as a walking-stick and umbrella holder – just inside the front door :
Last but not least, he designed some jewelry. This piece is called “The Grapes of Immmortality”
